Orders submitted over the weekend may not be processed until Monday or Tuesday (depending on the volume of orders received over the weekend).
Orders submitted over a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Like all digital stores, due to the nature of the personalized products, refunds and exchanges can obviously not be provided after the design work involved has been finalized for printing or your digital file has been available for you to download.  
Colors may vary depends on monitors/printers.

Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DIGITAL ITEMS
The final digital files in both JPEG and PDF will be ready:
- files without personalized and templates will be ready to download via your order after payment. Instant download. You will be able to download the files only once time. This information is including in item details.
- 1-2 business days after payment will be clear and all information is received. The files will be send on your email. Concerns all files without information about time delivery in item details.
- in max 5 business days after payment will be clear and all information is received. This time is available with the most of Wedding products and Editing Service weddings products. This information is including in item details.
You can then request any changes if needed. If no changes are needed, you may print immediately from those files. If changes are needed, please allow 24 hours for updated files to be sent

I accept PayPal method. You can pay via your credit card.
Please note that orders made via PayPal with an E-Check typically take longer as payment clears 3-5 days after an order is purchased. Receipt of cleared payment is required before any design work begins or before any orders are sent via email.

Order  status:
- "pending payments" - instant download items are ready to download
- "orders in progress" or "processing" - your payment is accepted. Your order is in progress. Delivery time up.
- "shipped" - your files have been sen on your email. 
Because the files are digital, you can print as many copies as you'd like from home or a photo lab and it is your responsibility to print the file, we do not issue releases of any kind, if you have any questions PLEASE ASK before YOU BUY.
